We are professionals who have earned the trust of key decision makers in both the private and public sectors. We enjoy close working relationships with key decision makers in South Carolina, and our many years of working in the political arena have given us access to all levels of state government. We have assisted our diverse client base with all of their legislative and regulatory issues including the passage of numerous pieces of legislation that enhanced their operations and bottom line.

MARK KELLEY

Mark’s knowledge of state government is difficult to match. He joined the firm after serving ten years as a member of the S.C. House of Representatives and has an extensive background in the state appropriations process. Mark maintains excellent working relationships with key leaders of the General Assembly. His friendships and integral working relationships with the members of the General Assembly, Governor’s Office, and state agencies are a valuable asset to our company. Mark is also a successful small business owner and is well connected in the growing coastal business community.

WILL McCAIN

Will has vast experience in providing successful governmental relations and public affairs strategies. He has held both elected and appointed positions in local and state government, including service in the S.C. House of Representatives and as Chief of Staff of the Governor’s Office. Will also has an extensive background in the state appropriations process. He maintains relationships with key business and political leaders in South Carolina as well as Washington.

Angelia is known for her quick and keen insights into state laws and legislative actions and the people who mold them. She has held positions of responsibility in the S.C. Senate, the Governor’s Office and one of the state’s most respected law firms. Angelia offers clients her ability to grasp the details and nuances that inevitably impact the outcome of legislative actions.
